El apto muy limpio, excelente ubicación y hermoso.
Hay algunos ajustes de mantenimiento periódico como chapas, puertas (rotas en la parte inferior), gabinetes cocina (interior).

La vista y camas comodas.
No tuvimos conexión a internet porque nunca quizo conectar,fue un fracaso total, las cerraduras de las puertas están en mal estado, tocaba estar pendiente que quedara bien cerrada, de lo contrario se abría sola, unas de las puertas está en malas condiciones cosa que no se ven las fotos de la publicación. Ni la televisión ni licuadora funcionaron.
