Nos gustó la ubicación, instalaciones de la urbanización y cercanía con la playa
La casa olía a guardado, sobre todo los armarios que no pudimos utilizarlos para guardar la ropa lo que hizo incómoda la estancia, ya que el olor al abrirlos era insoportable. Se recomienda abrir y ventilar una propiedad que vaya a ser alquilada si tiene mucho tiempo cerrada. Además faltaban mosquiteras en muchas ventanas y puertas, algunas estaban rotas como la del baño y otras no estaban, es importante que estén completas ya que hay bastantes mosquitos. Y por último dejar la nevera encendida enfriando, cuando llegamos estaba al mínimo y traíamos comida desde Madrid, la nevera es bastante antigua y tardó casi un día en enfriar al igual que la campana de la cocina que tampoco funcionaba.
