La rosa dei venti, apartment 3

L’appartamento si presenta molto bene. In quattro persone, abbiamo soggiornato qui per le ferie di ferragosto e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene; l’appartamento era ben arredato e c’era tutto il necessario per un appartamentino funzionale; anche con 40 gradi fuori, grazie all’area condizionata efficiente, presente in tutti gli ambienti, è possibile raffrescare la casa in pochi minuti. Bagno ottimo così come cucina e soggiorno e le stanze da letto. Gradevolissimo anche il dolcetto di benvenuto offerto dall’host che è stato molto gentile e premuroso a spiegarci tutto quello che bisognava sapere sull’appartamento e sulla zona in generale.

Da migliorare sicuramente alcuni aspetti, tra cui il fatto che manca la macchinetta del caffè (c’era la moka con il caffè già offerto dalla casa), mancavano anche bagnoschiuma e shampoo (anche se li avevamo portati per sicurezza). Inoltre, lascerei la possibilità a chi soggiorna in appartamento, di poter usare straccio, scopa e paletta per mantenere pulito per terra da sé, poiché questi erano assenti. Poi, ultima cosa, la macchia di umidità all’entrata degli appartamenti che, a mio parere, va al più presto eliminata.

The attitude of the host was really great and he made sure we have all we need during our stay, even beyond what we would normally expect from a rented apartment. The flat itself is quite spacious and the air-conditioners really helped in the hot summer. The location is very convenient as you have a direct access to the beach in 100m and also easy access to the main road to visit various beaches and places of interest. And of course the beautiful bakery on the ground floor adds further charm to the place and we paid frequent visits to enjoy various local pastries.

Nothing serious in my opinion; if you turn on 3 air-cons at the same time, the fuses go down but 2 were more than enough and we rarely used more than 1 anyway.
