Generally very good, but room for improvement re self catering.

Location and the general standard of the property was good.

The lack of sharp knives for food preparation. There was only one bread knife and no chopping board which made food preparation difficult, although there was a good variety of pans and crockery, cutlery. In addition there were only two small espresso cups and nothing big enough for tea drinkers to use.

ice cold on our arrival, no description how to get heating going. stairs to 3rd floor apartment are extremely tight and steep (not mentioned in description)

Beautiful studio, great location!

The location is everything! It is situated right in the center of Forcalquier, in the old town. I had a room with a view on the courtyard it was beautiful. The studio was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The owner was great giving precise information by text message. Great market near by on a Monday!

• It wasn’t a problem for me but it could be for other people, the climb up the spiral stairs with your luggage is a real “mission”. The stairs are very steep and narrow, my suitcase was wider than the stairs themselves. • The bright Orange street lights outside stay on all night and shine through the curtains you can try to close the shutters ( I wasn’t able to myself). • The view comes with a bit of noise from the bar straight under the window, there was a concert one night and people chatting until late at night, not a problem for me but if you are an early bird or a light sleeper it may bother you.

An amazing location for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers in the heart of town.

Amazing central location and still quiet at night and very comfortable. Loved it all and felt in the heart of the city.

The top floor apartment could be difficult to access for older travellers or those with mobility issues due to the steep staircase.

Good communication. Free Rose wine was a nice surprise. Clean room and well equipped. Location was superb except that parking was a bit far from the premises.

We had a lot of luggages and it was tough to bring them to 3rd floor through a narrow sprial staircase.

Exceptional

Wonderfully decorated studio with well equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area and cozy beds, luxury hotel-quality bedding and linen. The hosts are really lovely, they respond immediately to any queries. We ended up extending our stay, the area is worth exploring with lovely shops and restaurants at the doorstep.

It can be quite noisy outside as it’s a lively area, but the property has shutters and double glazing to drown out the noise.

La situation est parfaite pour visiter la vieille ville et se rendre dans la partie plus récente. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et répondent à nos questions.

Chauffage quasiment inefficace et très bruyant (Clim réversible) Lave vaisselle parfait mais même pas une pastille de lavage fournie Escalier exigu à déconseiller aux personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de genoux et valise admissible limitée à une valise cabine, grosse valise est une mission impossible ! Prix de plus de 120 euros par nuit : prix excessif pour une location où il n y a pas le service hôtelier (ménage, lit, Recharge capsule café pas de petit dej disponible )

La localisation

Le chauffage : la clim réversible faisait un bruit important, impossible de la laisser fonctionner pour dormir et avant cela, ça ne chauffait pas. Des courants d'air passaient sous la porte d'entrée. Nous avons même été prendre des duvets que nous avions dans la voiture, comme des couvertures...

Séjour raté. Beaucoup trop de bruit sous nos fenêtres. Nous avons du partir dormir à l'hôtel.

Nous n'avons pas été avertis par le loueur qu'il y avait une fête avec orchestre organisée sous nos fenêtres la nuit que nous avions louée. Vraiment trop de bruit: nous sommes partis dormir à l'hôtel. Nous en avons avisé les loueur le lendemain. Nous aurions aimé juste un petit mot d'excuses.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix avec davantage d’inconvénients que de comodites

La rénovation de l’appartement faite avec bon goût et les équipements à disposition sont satisfaisants : café thé condiments ….. la Machine à laver à disposition est un avantage pratique.la literie est confortable on se sent bien dans l’appartement qui est chaleureux .

La photo du site a été prise depuis l’appartement et donne une fausse idée de la façade et ne correspond pas au lieu de la location. L’accès aux appartements t se fait uniquement par un escalier en colimaçon très étroit et y apporter une valise est excrément difficile ( prévoir des sacs à dos plutôt que des valises ) cette particularité devrait être signalée, il est impossible pour des personnes âgées ou de forte corpulence de gagner les étages. Il faut se faufiler dès la porte d’entrée pour prendre l’escalier ce qui n’est pas simple dès lors que nous sommes chargés. La climatisation fait énormément de bruit et pour dormir il faut la couper et perdre ainsi le bénéfice du frais et du calme : l’appartement donnant sur une place piétonne avec restaurants les bruits de conversations sont audibles avec les fenêtres ouvertes . L’accueil par le propriétaire n’était pas chaleureux, nous avions l’impression de le déranger

Schöne Wohnung, mitten im Zentrum.

Gute Lage mitten im Ort, in der Fußgängerzone. Deswegen war auch die Anreise etwas beschwerlich, aber das muss man eben in Kauf nehmen, wenn man mitten im Zentrum wohnen will.

Die Treppe hoch zum Apartment war etwas eng, aber machbar.

Sehr gutes Quartier in Forqualier

Für unsere Ballonfahrt war hier der perfekte Ausgangspunkt in den frühen Morgenstunden, weil wir ohne jemanden zu stören das Haus verlassen konnten. Alles war vorbildlich in Komfort und Ausstattung, gute Lage und gastronomisches Angebot im Umfeld.

Etwas schwer zu finden, weil wir als Deutsche mit Türcodes keine wirkliche Erfahrung haben.
