A/c doesn’t cool the apartment due to local regulations on electricity consumption policies.(!!!) During the canicule, it’s simply not enough

Das Appartement hat eine perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt - das Restaurant im EG ist kaum zu hören. Es war sauber und vernünftig ausgestattet! Vielen Dank für eine Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung!
Die Treppe ist recht eng und steil.

The location was fantastic in the center of everything. The hosts are very warm, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. We also had an issue with the AC and they were very responsive and got it fixed right away. Truly a wonderful experience. * The stairs leading to the apartment are narrow so plan for that ahead of time. It’s just the way it goes. *

Chauffage quasiment inefficace et très bruyant (Clim réversible) Lave vaisselle parfait mais même pas une pastille de lavage fournie Escalier exigu à déconseiller aux personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de genoux et valise admissible limitée à une valise cabine, grosse valise est une mission impossible ! Prix de plus de 120 euros par nuit : prix excessif pour une location où il n y a pas le service hôtelier (ménage, lit, Recharge capsule café pas de petit dej disponible )
