About this house rental
Saguaros, Sunshine, Stars, & Solitude, all while being close to great golf, dining, and shopping! This North Scottsdale home has it all! Welcome to this tranquil high desert home appropriately called "The Saguaro Sanctuary." Unwind in this 6 bedroom and 4.5 bath home on a 1.3 acre view lot in North Scottsdale. Fully equipped and beautifully furnished from top to bottom. Escape to the large heated pool* or soak in the brand new luxurious hot tub. After a day of sun and fun prepare your family dinner in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or grill out while enjoying a cocktail at the outdoor bar/grill area. After dinner, sit by the firepit and enjoy amazing mountain views and towering cacti as you watch the sun set over Cave Creek's Black Mountain. This house sleeps large families comfortably with 4 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, and a Bunk Room that sleeps 4. Enjoy a night shooting pool in the Billiards Room or just sit back and enjoy your favorite Sporting Event or Netflix show on 1 of the 6 Smart TVs in the house. There are two 75” HD 4000 TVs creating two separate viewing areas with one in the Great Room and another in the large Bonus Room, both overlooking the spacious covered patio. There is also a 65” HD 4000 TV in the Bunk Room for the kids. Another 65" TV is outside under the covered patio area. You can practice your hoops game either from the pool or in the driveway or play corn hole, throw the football, and/ or kick the soccer ball on the beautifully manicured back lawn. This house is perfect for two or three families as it offers three separate living areas. The attached Casita has it's own entrance thru the front courtyard. There is a king sized bed and full bathroom in the Casita. On one side of the house, you'll find the spacious Master Suite with separate office/workout room. On the other side of the home are four additional bedrooms and a large bonus room. If you enjoy exercising while on vacation, there is a brand new Peloton and fly wheel bike, weights, and yoga mats in the office off of the master. Enjoy yoga on the lawn, or take a hike on the neighborhood hiking trail. If golf is more your style, you are in the right spot! The legendary Boulders Golf Club is only a few miles away. The Legend Trails Golf Club is also just around the corner. We're not far from Troon, Desert Mountain, and many other courses. The property is so beautiful, you may not want to go out. However, if you do decide to explore, there are many things to see and do! Cave Creek and Carefree are both such cool towns and they have lots of restaurants, bars, and shops to check out. If you want more of a "city scene," you can drive 15 minutes south to DC Ranch or head to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter for great shopping and world class restaurants. At this unique property you get the best of both worlds. From The Saguaro Sanctuary, you can watch both the sunrise and sunset and gaze at the stars away from the lights of the city. This is a wonderful spot for families to escape and reconnect, or for friends to gather. We have a great location for guests to attend the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, the Fiesta Bowl, Super Bowl (2023), or the Barrett Jackson Collectable Car Auction. Came with my family including wife, mother and 4 small children. Had an absolute blast. House is as advertised. Pool was perfect, despite temps in the 50’s-60s pool was perfect temperature and was a hit worth the kids. Have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this honestly best all of them. The privacy beautiful scenery and excellent service. Highly recommend.

The common space was perfect for our family gathering and created cherished memories for all of us.From ample parking to fun activities like playing pool, swimming, and relaxing in the hot tub, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent at your property. Hiring a local chef to prepare a special birthday dinner was a fantastic idea, and the kitchen undoubtedly impressed us all.Your availability to answer our questions and assist us during our stay was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality and for providing us with a home away from home. We look forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future

What a great house for a 6-guy golf trip (would be equally enjoyable for a family with grandkids - yep, that's me - we may be back!). The house was exceptionally well-equipped and the instructions to access were welcoming and very thorough - we were made to feel as true guests. The rooms were perfect for the six of us, and we had plenty of room, both inside and out, to gather, or for privacy. The only downside, and hardly worth mentioning, was the water pressure and the time it took for the water to heat up on the south side (I think the water pressure is a building code/regulator matter in Phoenix given the scarcity of water). By no means let this deter you - it had absolutely no impact on our rating and I would return in a heartbeat. Book the trip if you're considering it - your hosts are very gracious.
