Refurbishment needed to justify the price

The location is fine, a calm street almost at the end of the valley, just few km to the cable car. Quite a generous space (for 6 people fine enough), big table.

The apartment looks like with no investment since beginning of operation in 90's(?). Some minor repairs made just to keep it in operation, no matter how it looks like (e.g. new cover of the doors in kitchenette). Radiators could be a bit warmer to dry wet cloth after skiing more efficiently. Insufficient illumination, especially above the dinning table. The big white board on the wall at the dining room is a heater, hard to sit underneath when operating.

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus/Wohnung im Pitztal. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren.

Das Haus Bergwind überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage im Pitztal, nur wenige Minuten von den Skiliften entfernt. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, sodass wir problemlos mit drei Autos jederzeit einen Platz gefunden haben. Die Küche war frisch renoviert und bestens ausgestattet, mit mehr als genug Utensilien für alle Bedürfnisse. Der Kühlschrank war ausreichend groß und bot genügend Platz für alle Einkäufe. Besonders angenehm war die zusätzliche Heizung in der Wohnküche, dank der wir es jederzeit gemütlich warm hatten. Der Skiraum war perfekt ausgestattet, und die Nähe zur Skibus-Haltestelle war äußerst praktisch. Ein weiteres Highlight war der zuverlässige Brötchenservice des örtlichen Bäckers, der uns jeden Morgen mit frischen Backwaren versorgte. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind äußerst großzügig gestaltet und bieten viel Stauraum sowie Ablagemöglichkeiten. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden und wurden bereitgestellt. In fußläufiger Entfernung gab es ein einziges Restaurant, das jedoch sehr gut war – unbedingt eine Empfehlung! Eine Reservierung wird allerdings empfohlen, da es schnell ausgebucht ist. Mit sechs Personen und zwei Hunden hatten wir hier mehr als genug Platz und konnten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub genießen. Das Haus Bergwind hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt gemacht!

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem geeigneten Ort für Ski/Snowboarder fans.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gross und hatte eine super Lage. Der erste Eindruck war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Auch hat es keine komplikationen bei den Parkplätzen gegeben. Es war ein Luxus während den Skiferien unsere Ski Ausrüstung in einen extra raum zu lagern. Für die Skiferien stand das Haus an einem perfekten Ort. Das Haus war sehr nah an der Bushaltestelle und diese führte ca. 5‘ zur nächsten Skigebiet. Jedes Zimmer hatte seinen Balkon und somit genug space für nach draussen.. In der Umgebung hatte es auch andere Hotels und somit auch noch einige gute Restaurants die man mühelos zu fuss besuchen konnte.

Dadurch, dass das Haus drei Zimmer für je ein pärchen gab war es etwas schade, dass nur 2 davon eine dusche besassen. Somit hatte ein Zimmer keine dusche sondern eine Badewanne. Auch muss man bedenken, dass wenn man einkaufen will ca 30‘ ins nächst beste Dorf fahren muss.
