About this apartment rental
This is the family getaway you need! A couple of blocks from the beach and a couple of blocks to the histotic downtown, you will love how centrally located this condo is. And if you don't want to go anywhere, you can relax on the sun-filled balcony and watch the boats go down the river.
This 2 bedroom & 1.5 bath condo has everything you need and then some. Updated kitchen with new oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully repainted and new light fixtures throughout. And a remodeled spa like bathroom.
The living area is on the second floor with an open kitchen, dining, and living room. Off the living room is a large balcony with a table for four with an umbrella and a Weber grill.
The living room features a large sectional couch, perfect to seat the whole family. It's extra comfy and great for those vacation naps. The living room also features a 65 inch smart TV for your favorite streaming apps. With high speed wifi you never have to worry about missing anything. There's also plenty of toddler toys to keep the little ones busy!
The dining room has a 6 person table ready for your family meals and evening card games. It's fully open to the living room. The kitchen features all the things you need to cook (pots, pans, blender, water boiler, coffee maker, measuring cups, bowls, plates etc), including a dishwasher. There is also a stackable washer/dryer and a half bath.
Downstairs features two large bedrooms (approx 10x15 ft each) and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a 42 inch tv. There’s a dedicated work area in this room with a desk, chair and surge protector. The second bedroom has a queen bed and kid bunk beds and a 32 inch tv. Off the room with bunk beds is a patio that opens up to large grass space. Both bedrooms are large enough to fit a pack and play (we have one in the unit) and luggage. And both bedrooms are equipped with sound machines and black out blinds. The full bath features extra counter space and a tub / shower combo.
This condo is ready for your kids! We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a high chair seat, plastic dishes, baby/kid soaps, pack and play crib, low bunk beds, a wagon kids can ride in, sand toys and toddler toys/books in the living room.
Come park in one of the two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. Bring your beach towels and toys, park your car and enjoy walking to it all!

Very close to downtown. House is fully stocked. Lots of kids toys. We are a little bummed that the pool is closed.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The condo was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Our young daughters loved the bunk beds and stock of toys. It was very easy to get to the beach and downtown south haven. The host was incredibly responsive when I had questions before our stay and made themselves easy to get ahold of if we had issues during our stay. Highly recommend for families, we will certainly book again!

We had a great vacation and staying in this property had a lot to do with it. The location is perfect - close to the beach, downtown and parks for our little one. The condo is ideal for small families, especially those with young ones. Our daughter loved the bunk beds - very toddler friendly - and the toys available for her to play with. We also took advantage of the indoor pool when the weather wasn’t so friendly, which she loved. We will definitely be returning to South Haven in the future and hope to stay here again!
