About this apartment rental
This Top floor corner unit has 2 bedrooms and is located on one of the prime beach spots in all of South Haven. Walk out to a large community deck fully furnished with tables, chairs, and lounges overlooking 200 feet of private beachfront. The deck also includes a large heated pool overlooking the lake. Inside the unit is a fully furnished kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher. The living area has a twin sleeper sofa and a full sleeper sofa. The bedrooms include a queen size bed, dresser and his and hers closets The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. We provide the sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels.

Wow, what a location. The lake is right outside your door, the pool was still open in Sept. the beach was private and beautiful! We worked while there and the WiFi was excellent. But the little touches made this place amazing, hooks everywhere, lots of towels, space to unpack into dressers, hangers in the closet, toothbrush holders, etc etc. Marc is a wonderful host!! We plan on going back again.

The property is in a good location, but the condo was dirty. It smelled bad too. The air conditioner is not adequate to cool the whole apartment. The air conditioner is a window unit and is located in the living room. The cool air does not reach the bedrooms or the bathroom. Plus, the air conditioner smells bad. Could hardly stand to turn it on. If it wasn't for the box fans in the condo, it would have been miserable. The beds are not comfortable. I was truly disappointed, because the location was really nice.
