Bosa is a nice little town and the location of this apartment is perfect. its very close to the center with a lot of little restaurants and it;s easy to find your way (by car) to all the beaches.
Nothing, but if you find it hard (or ar unable) to climb stairs this might be a hard place to stay.

We stayed for a week in July 2025 and absolutely loved the apartment and Bosa itself. The Enchanting Sunset was perfect for our family with two children in their late teens. It was charming and full of character, artfully decorated and stylish. The main room was spacious with comfortable sofas and a good kitchen was provided. We cooked several family meals there. But the main draw for us was the balcony which was perfect for eating outside and lounging in the sun. The views down the river and over the bridge towards the sea were magnificent.
We found the apartment to be exactly what we expected. For us, it gave a great base to explore the town and beautiful local beaches. Nearby restaurants were also good with Alduccio al Panificio a particular gem.
The host, Anna, was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and was especially helpful on a couple of occasions when we needed medical assistance. We always found somewhere to park, at most a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
It is worth noting that the four flights of stairs and steepness of stairs would make this unsuitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. There is no lift and it was hard work carrying heavy suitcases up to the apartment, especially in the height of summer. Furthermore, the access from the second bedroom via the trap door and steep stairs should only really be attempted by the nimble of foot.

This is a lovely stylish apartment, perfect size for a couple (with additional beds on a lower floor). With stunning views at the front and back of the property, but especially the view from the terrace overlooking the river 😍
It did get quite hot in the bedroom at night but there was no suitable plug socket in the room so we could not use the fan that was available.
Perhaps a little more netting or other protection from mosquitos would be useful.
