A truly delightful three-night stay at the Old Post Office. The suite has been beautifully designed to provide both comfort and luxury. Breakfast was the perfect start to each day — tasty, yet light enough to ensure we could head out and explore with plenty of energy. David’s tips and recommendations were invaluable, and every interaction was warm, helpful, and charming. A must-stay for anyone visiting the Taranaki region, perfectly located for exploring New Plymouth, Mt Taranaki, Whanganui, and everything this part of the North Island has to offer. Thank you, David and Maria, for such a wonderful stay!
There was nothing about the accommodation or hosts that could have been improved upon.

Wunderschönes ausgebautes ehemaliges Postoffice, mit viel LIEBE ZUM DETAIL! Oberleckeren Truthahn als Weihnachtsessen serviert bekommen. Und am Schluss noch eine Flasche Wein. Wir hatten sogar das Glück den Mount Cook im Ganzen zu sehen!
Es war wirklich sehr teuer, aber es gibt auch nur diese eine Appartement und das ganze so zu gestalten, war bestimmt auch nicht so ganz günstig!

An extraordinary gem in Eltham. We loved the furnishings, the facilities and food. Lovely welcome by David and Maria, tips on what to do locally, and a really tasty dinner and breakfast. The bath was amazing and bed super comfortable! Can’t wait to visit again.
