The Drydock in Stratford, Central Taranaki

Glad to be able to have our little dog on holiday with us. Partial view of mountain was nice. Very nice riverside walk nearby into town.

I would book this whare again. The kids enjoyed their lil holiday. Loved crackers 🐯 the gentle host. Thank you soo much for opening your warm house for my whanau.

Perfect from start to finish. Modern, clean, well appointed property. Beautiful view of the Mountain. Accomodated our whole family of 5 adults and 3 children. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is per photos. It's location can't be beat! Close to the main part of town, forgotten highway and great dog friendly bush walks are a stone's throw away. Be mindful that the property is not fenced, as per photos, but this was not an issue for our 2 dogs. As mentioned in a previous review there is no curtain/blind for the lounge which would have been nice. Beds comfortable, shower fabulous, everything in good working order. I can't speak highly enough about the property manager! Communication was great and appreciated their offer of help when we needed to leave early. Would recommend this property for dog owners, and families as in a safe area for children down the end of a driveway. Perfect spot to base yourself to explore the forgotten highway and Stratford. We really appreciated being able to holiday with our dogs, thank you for being so inclusive of all family members, we hope to visit again one day.
