Great location, breakfast, lovely hosts, very quiet and comfy. Real sea view and a beautiful old house. Lovely village with good restaurants.

Only issue for us was that the toilet was the floor below, otherwise all really good.

Great stay and warm welcome by the hosts in a charming house located in a quite place near the sea.

We had a great time with nice French, English speaking hosts, most helpfull and informative. We felt very comfortable and the breakfast was splendid. Very quite place and comfortable bed. Good restaurants around the corner.

Matthieu hat sich solche Mühe gegeben! Es ist alles recht schlicht gehalten, aber super sauber, sehr ruhig, toller Meerblick! Matthieu hat uns extra einen Schokokuchen gebacken, der hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Und er hatte mir Hafermilch besorgt! Toll! Wir haben sehr viele gute Tips für unsere Reise bekommen. Danke Matthieu!

Chaleureux B&B dans le joli village d'Audresselles. Amandine et Matthieu sont très accueillants. Petit déjeuner autour d'une jolie table et avec des confitures maison. Les lits sont très confortables et l'endroit très calme.

Rust en ruimte op een prachtige locatie!.

Prachtige villa met heel veel smaak ingericht. Immens veel ruimte, licht en rust. Perfecte locatie met mooi uitzicht op de zee en het dorp. Heel verzorgd ontbijt. Vriendelijke gast- vrouw en heer.

Een toilet op dezelfde verdieping was handiger geweest, maar alles was voorhanden en zeer netjes.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Villa l’Escale. Vanaf het eerste moment werden we hartelijk ontvangen, met veel warmte en oprechte gastvrijheid. Het huis ademt authenticiteit en charme, en ligt in een rustige omgeving – perfect om helemaal tot rust te komen. De kamer was comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht, met oog voor detail. Elke ochtend startten we de dag met een heerlijk ontbijt, met verse producten en de mogelijkheid om een eitje naar wens te krijgen – een klein gebaar dat het extra bijzonder maakt. Villa l’Escale is een plek waar je je meteen thuis voelt. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Suggestie: raamverduistering in de badkamer zou welkom zijn.

De kamer heeft geen eigen maar gedeelde badkamer, wc is op een andere verdieping. De getoonde foto's van terras, tuin, living zijn niet voor gebruik bij de gehuurde kamer.

- netter Vermieter - Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Smoothies und selbstgemachter Marmelade - Gute Lage im Ort

- WC ohne Handwaschbecken und ohne Heizung 1,5 Etagen unter den Schlafräumen. - großflächige Tapetenschäden im Ess-/Gemeinschaftsraum (bei genauem Betrachten der Fotos in der Annonce hätte uns das auffallen können). - das nicht abschließbare „eigene Badezimmer“ (ohne WC) ist nur über einen Hausflur und einen weiteren Raum zugänglich. - das eigene Zimmer ist nicht abschließbar. - das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben. - Katzenallergiker sollten über 2 vorhandene Katzen im Haus informiert werden, da der Vermieter mit seiner Frau selber im Haus mitwohnt.

Opaalkust, prachtig ❤️

De villa ligt op een goede ligging in Audresselles. Gratis parking schuin rechtover het hotel. Het ontbijt is basic. Geen kaas of vlees. Het bruin brood en de croissant waren super lekker en de zelfgemaakte soorten confituur ook. Het is een prachtig gebouw, ruime kamers, mooie ruime badkamer. Je moet wel een oogje dichtknijpen, er zijn grote schilderswerken nog uit te voeren, de uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Audresselles is een klein prachtig dorpje met super goede adresjes om te gaan eten: au p’tit bonheur en Marie Galante zijn een aanrader. Best op voorhand reserveren. Het strand van Audresselles is het mooiste van de opaalkust

Redelijk

Mooie grote kamer met afzonderlijke badkamer op de gang. Het toilet bevond zich echter een verdieping lager. We mochten gebruik maken van hun leuke terras. Vriendelijke mensen. Dichtbij de zee en de restaurants. Het ontbijt was basic( croissant en brood en zoet beleg, fruitsap en koffie en yoghurt, je kon eitje vragen) Wij hadden voldoende. De prijs is redelijk. Goed voor een doortocht nachtje

Goed verblijf om te combineren met restaurant La Marie Galante....

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenaars, zeer rustig gelegen, mooie locatie, zeer mooie propere en nette kamers, mooie badkamer. Je kan zien dat dit een recente renovatie heeft ondergaan.

Beide slaapkamers (onze en ouders) lagen op 2de verdieping, voor mensen die moeilijker te been zijn, is dit al een minpuntje. De badkamer is een gedeelde badkamer (maar dit wisten we wel op voorhand), maar een toilet is op de eerste verdieping, en is gedeeld met de eigenaars, dit is wel een minpuntje. Het ontbijt was goed, maar er ontbrak kaas en charcuterie (wel croissants, vers brood, boter, zelfgemaakte confituur, en een vers eitje met een smoothie).

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host.

Gezamelijk toilet verdiep lager. Geen tv op de kamer. Eventueel een koffie/thee hoekje met waterkoker zou fijn zijn.
