Rustige prachtige ligging, huiselijk gevoel, vriendelijk onthaal, Frans ontbijt zonder franjes maar verzorgd. Parkeermogelijkheid voor de deur, plaats voor veilige fietsenstalling. Mooie fietsmogelijkheden in de heuvelende omgeving.
Rekening houden dat de 2 kamers op het tweede verdiep liggen met gedeelde mooie badkamer en het toilet op 1 ste verdiep. (Voorlopig geen probleem)

- netter Vermieter - Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Smoothies und selbstgemachter Marmelade - Gute Lage im Ort
- WC ohne Handwaschbecken und ohne Heizung 1,5 Etagen unter den Schlafräumen. - großflächige Tapetenschäden im Ess-/Gemeinschaftsraum (bei genauem Betrachten der Fotos in der Annonce hätte uns das auffallen können). - das nicht abschließbare „eigene Badezimmer“ (ohne WC) ist nur über einen Hausflur und einen weiteren Raum zugänglich. - das eigene Zimmer ist nicht abschließbar. - das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben. - Katzenallergiker sollten über 2 vorhandene Katzen im Haus informiert werden, da der Vermieter mit seiner Frau selber im Haus mitwohnt.
