Immaculate, new to market property located in the highly sought-after Ocean Ridge Neighborhood. Enjoy a short walk to Green Hill Pond and a quick bike ride to Charlestown Beach (4 bikes provided!). This two bedroom, three full bath home is nestled in a quiet but convenient location offering two decks and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy. A brand new enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. The first floor has a custom kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area open to the living room, an office with a pull-out couch and full bath. The second floor has the master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom, a second bedroom, full bathroom and laundry. Close to restaurants, ice cream shop and bakery, this house has it all!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

The house was great, nicely decorated, updated kitchen, well stocked, plenty of bath towels, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys in the shed. The 14 stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are beautiful, but feel a bit steep. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a twin sized mattress, made up and slid under the full-size bed, as my five year old has a habit of falling out of his bed at home. This mattress was a God send! Also, the cross breezes are wonderful and the neighbors are very nice. Joanne & Michael, thank you so much!

This house was clean and welcoming, the communication from property owners was fantastic as well. We had zero issues during our stay and the house had everything we needed. The beach is about a mile from the home and was beautiful, the kids enjoyed swimming in the waves! The house is in a quiet but friendly community- we are hoping to return!

The overall stay at Cedar Road had many positive aspects; location to restaurants, ice cream, sandwiches and shops; the house was clean and well decorated; well stocked kitchen; outdoor shower and the three full bathrooms were a bonus; access to various beaches and bicycles was great for the whole family; linen service was a wonderful perk (knowing that linens were clean) and the additional roll away cot proved useful. Areas to improve upon would be the mattress in the master bedroom (extremely firm and difficult to sleep through the night); having a true third bedroom with a bed instead of a pull-out couch; attention to minor flaws (one set of blinds in master bedroom broken on the bottom, smoke alarm dangling from ceiling in master bedroom, shelves in the refrigerator did not seem to be long enough length wise and would cause them to tilt and front door was completely open upon arrival.
