Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful location. We were able to watch the Sea Turtle Patrol & saw 3 babies released.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We love Edisto! We normally stay at Wyndham but wanted Sea side this time.
The location is great we loved watching the waves roll in 24 hours.
The ice maker was frozen when we arrived. Atwood responded immediately and turned off ice maker said they would order parts to repair it. We had ants visit in the bathroom on the north side of the house and used the raid found under the sink. We found sand was swept under rugs in living room. The kitchen pot holders were very dirty, I ran them through the wash. Pots and pans were dirty we washed them before using.
We recommend new bathroom and kitchen flooring. New floor mats at the door to help reduce tracking of sand would help.
