This two-story condo located on the third floor offers nothing but convenience, luxurious amenities, and a prime location just a couple of minutes away from the beach. The main living space along with most of the bedrooms and bathrooms and one balcony is located on the first floor. If you'd like to enjoy the breeze and take in jaw-dropping views of the water and surrounding nature, the covered balcony is your option to go. It's spacious and well-furnished with comfort in mind. You'll find an outdoor dining area and two comfortable seating. You can also find a fine relaxation spot back inside, in the living room. It boasts an inviting sofa right in front of a TV with cable.

When it's time to cook, the well-equipped kitchen won't disappoint. Whoever's turn it is for cooking will fall in love with all the modern Viking appliances and plenty of counter space available. Keep your groceries nice and fresh inside the large French-door fridge. The Viking gas stove/oven is like no other and will make cooking a breeze. Waking up early in the morning (to make the most out of your stay) shouldn't be a problem thanks to the Keurig coffee maker available. Such a nice kitchen deserves to be accompanied by an equally nice dining table. This dining table offers generous seating, and the breakfast bar adds more dining space in case you're in a rush. No Florida vacation is complete without a refreshing smoothie or cocktails - there is a wet bar right off the kitchen with a convenient wine fridge.

This level also features three bedrooms, each one with its own en suite full bathroom. The main bedroom has access to the covered balcony, a TV with cable, and a gorgeous bath with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The only upstairs bedroom is simply out of this world. It offers panoramic views of the water and nature thanks to the wall-to-wall doors that give access to an uncovered balcony with a small dining area and beach chairs. This room also has a small sofa, a TV with cable, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Guests of this condo will be granted access to a shared hot tub, outdoor pool, and gas grills.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
