From the custom murals in the foyer to the expansive views of the ocean, this condo is designed for those seeking luxury by the sea. Relax with a beverage on the wide balcony or play a game together in the formal dining room. Immediately through the door, guests can choose between one bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom or two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another with a king bed) sharing an expansive bathroom with twin sinks. Past the dining room and wet bar, the two primary bedrooms sit on both sides of the living room. Each features an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Everything is decorated in rich jewel and gold undertones, all the better to set the tone for a stay in paradise.

Sanctuary by the Sea is a beachfront property with an ideal position on Scenic Highway 30A, with grounds that offer three pools with waterfalls and fountains, two hot tubs, seasonal gas firepits, gas grills, a gym, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. Within just a few steps, you can go fishing, kayaking, or canoeing in the on-site coastal dune lake, or grab a beach chair and an umbrella and spend the day on the sand. Grayton Beach State Park is just over two miles away north, and contains an accessible access to the private beach to accommodate our guests with special needs. Blue Mountain Beach is less than a mile away. Enjoy local dining less than one mile from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
