Ok to spend one night during trip. No more
No hot water because of reconstruction in city during August 2023. Actually they using boilers but you need to understand that it may finish in morning because of big demand. Hotel rooms looks tired.

Check-in is taking so long-you have to write on paper all information about you. Giving your ID is not enough. Dirty - hair under shower! Dirty bed linen. No light on back parking.
