Summit 80

The place was spacious. Husband and I enjoyed each having our own washbasin and vanity area. The overall layout of the unity was very comfortable.

The unit did not have much of a view. The property inside was a little tired. The windows were extremely dirty, the thick layer of dust on top of the refrigerator was rather disgusting. The dryer had a tremendous amount of lint build up even after the filters were cleaned, so clothes took a long time to dry. The baseboards throughout the house were very dusty and made the place feel unclean. The crockery in the kitchen was old, mismatched and some plates were chipped. The knives were extremely blunt and there was no knife sharpener. The trashcan drawers were misaligned and were hard to open and close. Upstairs in the den there were two drawers on the chest where the tracks came loose and so those drawers could not be used. The trim on the floor between the kitchen and living room was loose and was a trip hazard. We found two irons but there were no ironing boards to be found.

Great stay for our family of 5! The condo was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi connection was great, and having 2 bathrooms was perfect. The kids loved their space, and it was well-stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, an in-unit washing machine, and a load of laundry soap. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive—they even quickly retrieved and mailed back a pair of AirPods my son left behind!

Just be aware that the unit is two levels above the garage with no elevator, which can be tough given Mammoth's elevation. The kitchen pots are also a bit worn out and could use a refresh. Grocery stores and restaurants about 5-10 mins away. Aside from that, we highly recommend our stay!
