This was a great space for the 2 of us; it was clean and comfortable, and it was especially nice to be able to walk easily to the lift. The hot tub/spa was also nearby and we enjoyed soaking daily. We'd recommend!

Very nice place, cozy, with great proximity to Eagle Lodge (2 mins. walk as described is correct. It might be 2.5 mins. fully suited up and carrying skis). Couldn’t be more convenient. The underground parking is a plus, along with the in-unit laundry. Communication and responsiveness was A. Thank you for a great stay!

The property manager, Jamie Kelly, was the worst property manager I've encountered in hundreds of VRBO stays. When I called because I had not received check-in instructions, she refused to send them, saying I needed to download an app and look up the instructions on the app. When I called back after looking for (and being unable to find) the app or check-in instructions, she still refused to send them. Luckily, when I called a third time, her assistant (Sarah who was great) emailed the instructions. When the toilet was clogged, I was told that I'd have to wait until the next day for it to be cleared (and it was just 4:00 p.m., so it would have been a long wait). Only when I pushed back did they send someone to clear it.
The actual property was very nice and convenient. The owner should get a new property management service NOW.
