The location is superb. The view is phenomenal. The private terrace, perched high, with outstanding views is magical. It is steep - very steep. There is a lot of walking required. There are many steps. The property was very tidy and practical. It is so very quiet. It is very good value for money. Not cheap, but consider where you are and compare with other local properties. Such a fabulous view. Its worth teh walk to Minori to teh beach. Enjoy teh views. Don't be in a hurry. There are many fabulous restaurants in Ravello - worth the walk up and back.
We carried luggage from Ravello Bus Stop to the property. Not a good move. It's a long walk with many many steps. Take the tip - get a taxi. Not cheap but well worth it. The Host was extremely helpful in oprganising exit taxi for us. Communications were all excellent.

Allt i området Ravello var fantastiskt. En liten mysig by med god mat på alla restauranger och en fantastisk utsikt. Lägenheten på Logetta 17 var underbar. Rent och fint och perfekt läge.

The view alone is worth booking this property; it is absolutely stunning! easy to locate and parking is available down the side. the property has everything you need and Ravello is only a short away (be ready to climb the steps!). the property was very clean and well maintained

Location (view) was everything. 90% of the money you pay is for the view from property - no doubt this was beautiful.
Could see the sunrise from bed and in the late evening, you can see Amalfi coast road and Maiori lit up besides the wide sea,
Free Parking helped. Once you park, you will need to climb about 30 stairs to reach the property.
You will be surrounded by lemon gardens. Nice location with very less traffic and hence you only get to hear the church bell,
Not good or bad but if you wanted to get to shops, either you drive or walk up the hill for about 17 min of brisk walk with 355 stairs to reach to Ravello town. Advisable to stock up what you need before reaching the property. Pizzeria Gradillo has good and cheap pizza that are tasty. They dont list every item but can customise for your needs.
Property has a great potential if it was maintained well.
3 Euro city tax charged for kid aged 12!! Ravello muncipal rules says that they charge for kids beyond age of 16.
Every item in the house is pretty aged and not looked after. Owner is using the property as cash making machine without looking after the same.
Property as such is of very basic quality.
Plates, spoons, mugs were not very clean, We did clean it once. Washing up liquid was present but the sponge was very old.
Three alcohol bottles were left in display. One had 20ml and the other two dry!!
Beds were not very comfortable but was fine for a night.
No Microwave
Bathroom seriously needs refurbishment. Shower gets either slightly hotter than what is need or colder than what one prefers. Striking a balance was difficult.
