Location good, near all amenities and the waterfront. Was lucky enough to get parking nearby. Property clean but basic kitchen reasonably stocked with utensils.
Came home a day early. Bedroom ok, lounge cramped and dingy. Bathroom sink hip high had to wash clean teeth etc in kitchen, shower ok.no hot water on arrival and cold. Outlook at back terrible.

Nothing.....Entrance to apt slippy, not well lit. Very dull living / kitchen area, window blinds awful, ill fitting. No blind on front door, so no privacy. Looked out onto derelict house with rubble at one side and someone else's room at other. Person at hotel where keys collected & returned not interested. Would not recommend..
Everything, See above.....

Central location
Issues noted in previous reviews up to 2 years ago are still present,e.g bathroom door does not shut and handle hanging off, intolerable noise of walking about from apartment above, tiny bathroom sink at knee level without plug, no bulb in 2 lights,, no curtain on entry door, short of cooking equipment for self catering, only tea cups, no tea pot, access to outside door by slippery step without a handrail. Poor value not luxury.

Lovely location in a great wee spot

The location was fab , the bed was comfy & the shower was great .
It was a bit dark inside with no natural light & there was 2 internal doors joining to our room ( locked ) but it felt like we was sharing our apt with other guests & could hear everything from the apt above us clearly .

A great location
First impressions a very large stain on hall carpet and a very bad smell of damp. Cobwebs in bathroom and on lights. Badly needs a new mattress for the bed. Balcony door didn't lock - no key leaving apartment unsecure. Balcony hasn't seen a brush in sometime paint all over table and chairs. This apartment is in an ideal location with some tlc it could be a wee goldmine. Felt we overpaid for what we got.

Perfect location and a very comfortable stay for a mini break. Very spacious and airy.
No dislikes really. I personally felt the bed could have been better, but that’s personal taste/comfort. Parking near to the property isn’t easy during the day, so there had to be a bit of musical cars in the evening to try and grab some on street parking across from the apartment. However, it’s not exactly a big town so the main car parks at the harbour aren’t far away

We where able to book this last minute as our boat time has been changed, it was close by and the had everything we needed for a little rest and recharge before we set off again , the little town is beautiful a real hidden gem and the hotel staff are just a delight .
It was exactly as it said it was .

We self catered. Quiet in the evening. Kept cool in the hot weather by opening the windows. Cooked our own dinner. Near to the harbour for an evening walk and a run and walk in the morning before breakfast. Spacious interior to put our belongings. Comfortable bed and soft towels. Shelving space in bathroom. Good lighting.
We choose the apartment as close to the harbour for walking. Felt safe.
Stair carpet was drab and for first impressions not good. The kitchen bin had waste from previous guest and ceramic plant pot on balcony an inch of cigarette butts and water - it stank. I had to take both waste downstairs and put in bin on street. Before leaving, we deposited our own rubbish in the same way.
Only white cups & saucers, no China mugs. All white crockery, thereby lacking colour / style. In bathroom, a 2 ft long cobweb running the length of the ceiling above the shower. Shower water drained away too slowly, so standing in water for a brief shower.
Had difficulty getting the password to work, as the typed note on the wall mirror was incorrect. We finally found a faded piece of paper on the microwave with hand written password.
With the above mentioned, it was not a luxury apartment.
I stated all these points to the receptionist at the hotel where we collected the door key.
Now I have written the above down, the apartment was quite unfavourable for our 1 night stay and the cost did not reflect what we got.

The property was in an ideal position to visit our family.
we were not told that there would be a staircase up to the property with a very dangerous top step with rlimsy railings
The shower tray did not empty sufficiently. After three minutes it filled up and would have overflowed had we not turned off the shower.
We could not close the blind over the bed which meant that the light came in at 5 am in the morning and considerably reduced our sleep.
The property was described as luxurious but it did not have a dishwasher and the crockery and glasses were a weird assortment which looked as if they had been taken from a charity shop.
double yellow lines on the road outside the apartment along with hit or miss parking opposite the apartment makeloading and unloading luggage difficult .
This is not a luxury apartment

The location was good.
We were in Number 2 so due to number 1 being above us it was noisy when they were moving around so was very off putting . All Pictures seem to be of apartment number 1 which was more spacious than number 2.

The location is excellent for spending time n Port Patrick
The apartment is insecure as the stairs are open to people entering the building.
The hot water can best be described as a ‘dribble’ in the kitchen and not much better in the shower. The hot water took a long time to come through.
There was no way of turning on the centra heating and the electric heater in the living room was not adequate in low temperatures

Kitchen ok. Was warm enough cosy
Shower frozen did not work properly had to wash hair in kitchen sink not ideal place in complete darkness no outside light on arrival decking area should have been lit up. Worst mattress ever. Partner has now got very bad back. Never be back

The location was ok.
We were very disappointed from the moment we stepped into the "DELUXE"!!! apartment.(Costing £160 per night) It was absolutely freezing! with windows left wide open. My husband who is 6ft 2in had to jump on the counter and use all his strength to close it!
On closer inspection we found the open plan living/kitchen area to be very unclean...e.g cooker, microwave and toaster ALL filthy. The floors , under sofa cushions and rafters also left a lot to be desired.

The property is very spacious and we particularly enjoyed the balcony which has a decent view of the hotel in the big hill. The property is close to all the amenities in town and close to beach. The flat was very clean and the kitchen has got a fair amount of kitchen supplies. Comfy bed too.
key collection was easy however they could have given us better instructions on how to get to the property. It took a us a while to find it.

Stunning location. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had absolutely everything you require. We then moved into the hotel. The hotel itself is astounding inside and the staff are the nicest and most hospitable and helpful than anywhere I have ever stayed. Really loved all the lights settings in the public areas of the hotel. The staff where exceptional
There is nothing I didn't like.
Nothing I could fault

Location was excellent once you actually found apartment. Clean, large, 1 bed apt.
Heating was insufficient for open plan apartment in Dec/Jan. May be ok in Summer. Take your oodie with you to keep warm.

Accomodation was compact but had almost everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, good shower (though a little on the strong side) Kitchen reasonably well equipped but would benefit from a dustpan and brush and cafetiere. Dishwasher was a nice touch but we not there long enough to use it. Village shops and cafes very close.
View out onto a derelict garden, but as it didn't seem to belong to the owners that was most probably unavoidable. Toilet seat was insecure and washbasin was difficult to use due to size and height. No sanitary bin or toilet brush. A little noisy at night due to nearby hotel bars.

Location is excellent. Flat is small but has everything you need for a few days away. Not suitable for longer stays. Living room not particularly comfortable and sofa in front of entrance door with full glass door and no blinds, not private. Although appears set up for someone with mobility issues it is Not suitable for wheelchair as two steps up to front door and limited space within for moving around. Bedroom is a good size. Charged twice once via booking.com and then again when we arrived. Only noticed when we received an email from booking.com. Apparently an ongoing issue and should be noted
Not suitable for longer stays.

The apartment was a very short walk from the promenade, opposite the local grocery shop, coffee shop and round the corner from several pubs. Ideal for us as we had gone for the annual folk festival. The apartment is smart, attractively set out and has enough of everything for two. The bedroom has wow-factor! I loved the roof lights above the bed - even during the thunderstorm !
Parking could have been a problem, by chance we arrived as a space was vacated across the street. There are double yellow lines outside the apartment. Entry is up a steep flight of stairs.
The couch is not the most comfortable if you want to spend more than half an hour on it.
Somewhere to hang our dripping macs would have been useful, the hooks on a decorative oar near the front door looked obvious but I'm not sure how long the oar would have stayed on the wall with our wet coats attached.

Possibly replace mattress on the bed.

The apartment is very close to the sea, the local pubs and two shops and the bed was very comfortable. The staff from the hotel, who manage the property, were extremely helpful and had to make several visits to help resolve our difficulties.
On arrival there was only one hanger in the cupboard; there was no welcome pack; the steps into the apartment were difficult to see as there was nothing to indicate the edges; we never found out how to get power to the hob (there were no instructions); live TV had to be watched through play back and only BBC channels were available; the seat on the loo didn't fit properly; the window in the bathroom didn't open so the towels were always damp; there was very little natural light in the main room and the view form the bedroom was onto a very overgrown area where there was a collection of rubbish.
