Crimpers Cottage is a well appointed apartment in central Fowey, making it very handy for shops and restaurants. It is well equipped and nicely furnished. Parking is ten minutes walk away, which is normal for Fowey as it wasn’t built for cars. Communication and quick response from the lettings company was excellent.
There is a small outdoor area with a picnic bench but the area needed smartening up and wasn’t the same standard as the apartment’s interior.

Location
Basement flat with little light and air. Some facilities missing or inadequate, eg. One shower not working initially, heated towel rail not working, no live TV, no hooks or shelves in bathrooms , for price too small for 4 persons.
