Elaine was a wonderful host and her place on 2nd Street is very charming. It's an original cottage, with an updated kitchen and bath and a delightful front porch -- all a short walk from the beach and Boardwalk. We loved our stay here!

My kids and I took my husband for an overnight stay at the beach for Fathers Day. The place is adorable-renovations that they’ve made so far are perfect. Great location! Great time away. Will definitely return!

Elaine and her son Daniel were super nice and hospitable during our first visit to Ocean City, NJ. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The newly renovated kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and functional. The unit was very spacious and much more than we ever expected. The peaceful front porch was a great place to hang out in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property, and we will be back for future vacations.

The location of this property is fantastic. We loved the front porch. The amenities overall were good - what we would expect from a vacation rental.
My frustration is that we paid a significant amount of money for a cleaning fee, and then I had to wipe down all of the surfaces prior to use. There were sticky food marks on the dining room table, dust on the bedside tables, sand on the floor. The worst part was the goo and hair left behind in the bathroom vanity drawers.
The overall price of the rental is very reasonable, but the cleaning fee should be reimbursed.
