Welcome to Villa Paradiso, a peaceful, beautifully maintained Sarasota retreat just 5 minutes from Siesta Key. Tucked away on a private, quiet street west of the Trail, this spacious home offers the perfect balance of relaxation, convenience, and coastal charm.
From the moment you arrive, the fountain courtyard and lush tropical landscaping create a sense of escape - a place to slow down, settle in, and enjoy time with family and friends. Whether you're spending your days at the beach, by the pool, exploring Sarasota, or simply unwinding under the covered patio, Villa Paradiso is designed to make your stay easy and memorable.
The Space
Inside, the home feels warm, spacious, and inviting, with terracotta tile floors throughout and an easy indoor-outdoor flow that suits both families and couples traveling together. The open living area offers comfortable sectional seating and sliding glass doors that bring in natural light and views of the patios and pool.
The home sleeps guests comfortably with three well-appointed bedrooms:
Primary bedroom: king bed, sliding glass doors to the pool area, and en suite bath
Second bedroom: queen bed, pool views, and adjoining Jack-and-Jill bath with addditional double vanity and large walk-through closet
Third bedroom: queen bed plus twin bed, along with a spacious desk and printer for remote work or longer stays
All beds feature 12-inch memory foam mattresses and quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with high-end cookware, sharp knives, serving pieces, flatware, and the extras that make vacation meals feel easy rather than improvised. The indoor dining table seats 6, or 7 with the bench, and overlooks the pool area.
Outdoor Living
One of the highlights of Villa Paradiso is the private saltwater pool, yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Our host Julia was wonderful! Julia communicated with us throughout our trip, she helped if we questions or needed help with anything. So very kind! The house was beautiful inside and out, with charm and peacefulness. The house was immaculately clean and fresh throughout. We genuinely loved staying here. The saltwater pool was amazing, super clean and very nicely heated so we could use the pool every night too. The location was perfect, away from the crowded main strip of Siesta Key yet literally minutes from beaches and main strip. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We felt completely safe and comfortable. It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a park nearby with picturesque views for evening sunsets. If we come back to Siesta Key we would come back to Julia’s house again and I would recommend to any friends and family as well.

Julia is a great hostess, everything you need to spend time in a home is there. Very well appointed, close to the park to take walks with your guests and pet. Neighborhood is very nice, quiet area, close to grocery store, other retail shops, beaches for beautiful sunsets and short drive to tourist related activities like St. Armands Circle or the Ringling Museums. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

We stayed at the property recently. The house was nice and the it had plenty of room for 5 guests. The pool was nice but virtually unusable because the water was so cold. We stayed at the home 3.5 days and the pool was never hotter then 74 even with 90 degree sunny days. Also at nights you cannot sit outside because of the bugs Daytime you can sit out without any issues. One thing that needs to be attended to ASAP is all the tables need to be tightened. They were very wobbly and we all feared that they would collapse if leaned on. Distance to the beach is a 10 minute drive just so people know.
All in all Julia was a great host and very attentive.
