Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds—including a master suite—and one bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, a sleeper sofa and a foldable crib are available for your use.
The villa features a second large bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub, as well as a separate additional toilet.
In the kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker are at your disposal.
Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra charge.
A private, fenced, and wooded 6,000 m² lot, secluded from prying eyes, where you can enjoy a barbecue.
You’ll be just 10 minutes from the nearest beach (Cabedelo), which is very popular with kitesurfers, and 5 minutes from all necessary amenities.

This is excellent accommodation in terms of the villa itself and location. The villa is very attractive inside and out, and has all the facilities you could want. My family especially enjoyed sitting in the garden, relaxing by the pool and having a BBQ, and we were recommended some excellent local restaurants recommended. There is a very good supermarket in walking distance as well as a cafe selling freshly baked bread. We just wish we could have stayed longer. A very highly recommended property.

Property appeared excellent and spacious on site, and was just as advertised. Pool wonderful. Owner and local contacts friendly and welcoming. Property location very convenient - on map it looks close to main roads, but in fact the location is peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful stay here.
