Domek bardzo czysty, komfortowy, dobrze wyposażony. Fajna lokalizacja, domek całkowicie ogrodzony, jedyny na posesji, na plus przy pobycie z pieskiem :) Przejeżdżające pociągi na pobliskich torach zupełnie nie przeszkadzają. Ładny zalew bardzo blisko domku. Blisko też do centrum. Przed domkiem zadaszona altanka ze stołem i krzesłami, więc można posiedzieć mimo deszczu.

Przyjemny domek na uboczu. Do dyspozycji gości całkiem spory teren, miejsce na ognisko, łóżko podwójne i łóżko piętrowe oraz przyzwoicie wyposażona kuchnia. Spokojna okolica w odległości kilku minut spaceru od zalewu.
Tuż obok przebiega dość uczęszczana przez pociągi towarowe linia kolejowa. Czasem przejazd pociągu nie tylko słychać, ale wręcz czuć drżenie całego domu. Sąsiednie domy są zamieszkane i znajdują się dość blisko.

Cały dom z dużym ogrodem. Świetne rozwiązanie, pełna prywatność. Za budynkiem gospodarczym miejsce na ognisko, przed wejściem zadaszony taras. Kilka kroków do zalewu i kajaków. Blisko do ścieżek rowerowych.
bliskość torów kolejowych, ale pociągi jeżdżą rzadko, nie jest to bardzo uciążliwe.
