Понравилось буквально всё. Полное соответствие описанию на сайте. Абсолютно адекватная хозяйка. Инфраструктура отличная, огромная закрытая территория, паркинг, магазины, рестораны, прокат велосипедов и т.д., все по месту. Вид из окна шикарный, ремонт продуман, все очень уютно и удобно. Пляжи на любой вкус в 10 минутах ходьбы, парк под окном. Спортивные и детские площадки. Есть генератор, лифт, вода всегда ок.
Шумоизоляция конечно не очень, но критичных ситуаций не было.

Дуже зручне розташування помешкання, все можна придбати на території ЖК, море не далеко, найближчі пляжі це Аркадія та Чайка, гарний вид з вікна, в помешканні чисто, дуже приємна власниця помешкання, яка пішла нам на зустріч
Сподобалося все, неодмінно приїдемо ще сімʼєю
