The hotel was very nice, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is outstanding, with easy access to many of Atlanta's attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made for a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.
The biggest disappointment was that our room overlooked a retaining wall, which was quite different from the views suggested in the booking photos. The walls also seemed fairly thin, as we could clearly hear TVs and alarms from neighboring rooms. While we enjoyed our stay overall, the hotel felt a bit overpriced, especially after adding the $55 nightly parking fee.

The food at the hotel restaurant was awesome and we had a fantastic and attentive server. The staff hit it just right in being attentive but not intrusive. The interior is very attractive, I especially like the decor and vibe of the restaurant.
I didn't know the cost for overnight valet parking was going to be so expensive, however it is on the website just under FAQ, it just took some searching. I feel it should be more prominent. The valet service was great and the people running it were polite, professional and friendly.

I think they charged way too much for what it is and Valet being more 55 dollars is obsessed and all that the the website said they would give extra they didn't . I would say it was an average stay but WAY over priced.
the staff had attitude and then would be nice especially the from desk girl. Which should be the nicest. The other people were fine. Oh and when I bought it it said we would get free breakfast and I paid the 15 and when I got there she said we did not and I had to pay like 60 for eggs and coffee.
