Super sauber! Schöne Wohnung, klein aber alles was man braucht. Gute Lage, die Rennstrecke ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Alles in allem sehr gut!
Es gibt nur Vorhänge an den Fenster und die sind ziemlich lichtdurchlässig, daher wird es früh hell. Kann man aber mit leben.☺️

Die Whg wie das ganze Haus waren kernsaniert, erst vor Kurzem abgeschlossen. In der Whg ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und neuwertig.
- Die Sanierung von Hof und Eingangsbereich steht noch aus, ist dringendst erforderlich. - Das Einzelbett hat gequietscht und geknarrt, allein beim Anschauen (hatte man das Gefühl). - Auf Schlafsofa/Klappcouch hat man gelegen wie auf nem Brett
