About this apartment rental
On the quiet outskirts of Schöningen, you’ll find a vacation rental with a 3-bed room on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. This is an affordable option with basic amenities.
3 single beds and linens.
You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a living room with a sofa and TV, as well as a dining table with 3 chairs.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
There is plenty of parking available in front of the house.
From your accommodations, you’re just a short drive (30–40 km) in any direction to places like Magdeburg, Oschersleben, Wolfsburg, Braunschweig, Salzgitter, Wolfenbüttel, and Halberstadt.
You must bring your own towels.
Important, since many prospective guests don’t realize this: the apartment is not heated, so I only rent it outside the heating season (April through October).
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all cooking utensils.
A washing machine and clothes rack are provided.
The minimum stay is 7 nights
