The plan was clean, the host responded in timely manner and was very helpful. definitely recommend this place and it is in a great neighborhood and close to everything.

Everything pictured in the photos was there. If you go in with those expectations, you'll likely be satisfied. Check in and check out were very easy, as described in the listing. For us, the best part of the stay was having a dedicated parking spot behind the property. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I had issues with my Apple devices getting booted off the wifi, which was frustrating and was not resolved during our stay. I also think there are some things that could use a bit of TLC, but I'll share those privately with the owner. Wish I could rate this 4.5 stars on the app, but I can't.

Nice studio casita that is well prepared and well kept. There is a dedicated parking spot behind the lot but it’s better to get a spot in the street in front (we could always find a spot.) There’s a nice sitting spot to enjoy the outdoors in front of the casita but we were unable to take advantage of. We would recommend.
