Steps to the Beach in Brigantine - Sea Point - Beautiful Pool

The perfect place to relax! This house was beautiful and felt like home from the moment we walked in. Plenty of bedrooms and great open and airy living room-dining room-kitchen space for the whole family to hang out. But best of all is the location - just a few steps down the street to a perfect beach on the inlet that was never crowded and had no waves so our 15 month old grandson could play in the water with no worries. The the ocean-facing beach is only a 5 minute walk away too - we walked there most evenings to enjoy listening to the surf crash, collecting shells, and marveling at the stars at night. Having our own pool was also an incredible plus! Our little guy loved being able to climb in and out on the nice wide steps, and we all enjoyed having a perfect spot to hang out while he was napping or after he had gone to bed. Brigantine is a beautiful town - everything is clean and so well kept up - and Atlantic City is only a 10 minute drive when we wanted to visit the boardwalk and Steel Pier. Our host, Aggie, was so helpful with suggestions and answering questions before our visit, and the house was a perfect set up for families traveling with children. They had a high chair and a pack n' play, and even a game room! Although our guy was still too young to appreciate the games, it was great having a space to spread out his toys. We will definitely be back next summer!

We've stayed at this house multiple years and it never disappoints. The house is so well stocked with everything you could need for your stay and more! We do miss going right across the street for the beach access. However, the walk to the beach access a few blocks down wasn't terrible and the beach was not crowded at all. We love having the pool and there is plenty of space for the whole family! The owner is extremely responsive with messages and always friendly.

Really lovely stay in Brigantine. Enjoyed days in the pool and nights sitting out front looking at the water. Quiet neighborhood. House had great AC to keep cool on super hot July days. Wish there was a shower on the first floor but second floor had tons of room for all. Note that the stairs are steep and there are many, so if anyone in your family has mobility issues it may be difficult getting to the second floor

You can tell that Aggie and her family take great pride in this property because everything was immaculate when we arrived. We actually were able to meet her and her husband personally (prior to check in - while they were at the house making sure it was clean and everything was in order) and they gave us recommendations about restaurants and what to do in Brigantine. They were so kind and you could tell they really wanted to make our stay memorable. When we arrived to check in, the house is even nicer than the photos! It has everything you could need for a week at the beach. We decided to unpack and check out the inlet beach which was nice (a bit shelly - but that was okay for us!). We noticed there was a lot of surfers that frequented this beach and the corner where the inlet and ocean meet. For future guests, we found it best to get out early and drive to the north end of Brigantine (closer to the nature sanctuary) and find a parking spot and then you didn't have a huge walk to the beach. The inlet was really nice and a very short walk but we liked to get out in the waves of the ocean. The pool was amazing to have at a beach house and this was a large pool that our family LOVED! Honestly I think that they may have spent more time in the pool than at the beach - it is THAT nice. There is a ton of seating (at the large table and many pool lounge chairs that we used a ton!) and a great area to spend lunch, happy hour or ice cream time! There are several rafts and pool floats that you can enjoy as well. We hoped over to Atlantic CIty for dinner one night and the casinos are a quick 10-15 minute trip across the bridge from this house. There are a ton of good options over there for a seafood meal! Aggie's place is fully stocked for the beach with a ton of beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella. It is a short walk to a fishing jetty as well. There are 3 refrigerators at the house - one in the house, one in the garage, and a small fridge at the pool which was helpful to keep beverages in while we spent time out there. We had an amazing time at this location! It was such a fun week full of laughs, love and memories to take home with us. We could not be more appreciative to Aggie and her husband!
