Great Location in Ponta do Sol. Sunny and warm area of Madeira. Beautiful house with terrace and pool. Just like on the pictures. Managed by a very nice owner and team. We will come back!

It was truly the best stay we ever had! Everything was rerally great and looks exactly like the shown pictures. It was the perfect stay for some relaxing afternoons after exhausting hikes. The garden with pool and the view to the ocean is very unique! You can feel all the love in details which made our stay unforgettable. We felt very welcoming. We also got some "welcome presents" like fresh baked bread, cheese, fruits and a bottle of wine :) Susana, showed us everything in the aparment und gave us useful advices. The whole contact with Susana before and during our stay was very kind and perfect. We also had the luck to met the owner of the house, Luis, who was so kind and hospitable as well :) He invited us to his apartment on the top and we had a really cool and unforgettable evening with him. It was a real pleasure to met him and to spend time with him! We would love to come back sometime and can really recommend the stay - it´s really outstanding!

I did not love the lack of privacy, the owner was upstairs and she did stay out of our way but it did not feel exclusive to us. The pool was decently clean, the no AC was pretty unbearable and the fans barely worked. We were also asked to close the second room and bathroom since we did not use it. The property was not flexible with allowing us to stay for 3 vs. 4 days, and we were flexible to only use half of the property we paid for which was disappointing.
