The apartment was lovely. Couldn't really fault it.
The experience with 'pass the keys' was awful. They kept sending sms messages to the landline number on my account, which meant i kept getying calls from the bt text service. I spoke to them on the phone about it and was promised a call back but heard nothing. I messaged them on booking.com and they ignored every message. They also changed the lockbox code at the very last minute causing me access problems for a while.
