The breakfast was amazing and it was in a great location close to everything you could need.
The amenities were the best - including toner and face cream and oil.
The room was a bit small however there was under bed storage. The bed was not too comfortable and the lobby was not too clean.
Lobby and building is a but outdated
I organised for some of my luggage to be shipped to my next hotel, however the staff member did not call the property and check that they accept luggage - which they did not. I did try to contact the property to let them know and I was ignored. I was scared and didn’t know what to do - I eventually got it redirected to a post office. I then had to get a cab from the post office to my hotel which was a bit pricey. I messaged the hotel a couple of times and still no response!
