Lokalizacja, wygodą w apartamencie, czystość.

Mieszkanie jest doskonale umeblowane. W kuchni znajdziemy pełne wyposażenie włącznie ze sztućcami, których wielu z gości nie potrafi znaleźć pod płytą indukcyjną. W szafkach oprócz herbaty, kawy i podstawowych przypraw znajdziemy też środki czystości. Można się poczuć jak u siebie ;) Jest na czym ugotować, na czym usiąść i zjeść. Duży plus za kablówkę i szybki internet.
Bardzo niewygodne i okropnie skrzypiące łóżko. Praktycznie brak miejsca na przechowywanie (np walizki) - wieszak na ubrania w sypialni. Co nas też zaskoczyło po przyjeździe, to wszechobecny zapach papierosów, przy czym po zgłoszeniu właścicielowi zostało to zbagatelizowane, koniec końców stanęło na tym, że "trzeba będzie zainwestować ponownie w skradzione czujniki dymu"... Jeśli samemu się pali (?) wiadomo, że ten zapach nie przeszkadza, nawet jeśli firany i tekstylia w mieszkaniu tym przesiąkły? Tak samo jak kilkoro sąsiadów palących na balkonach obok i dym lecący wprost w okna. Kran i odpływ w łazience wymaga hydraulika, w nocy czuć mocno kanalizację. Restauracja obok - plus ale też ogromny minus przez zapchany parking.
