progressing untidiness (through the years), when I wanted to let know the owner as a worried customer about the lack of cleanliness she was rude to me even though I really wanted to help because maybe she wasn't aware.

Easy check-in with a code for the building and a code to get the key in front of the appartement. Easy to park on the street on the side of the building

Bed fairly small. Apparemment description said there were ironing facilities but there was only an iron, no ironing table! We were there for a wedding so having the option to iron our clothes was a must, we had to make do with the dining table as an ironing table. We opened the fridge to store some drinks and were disgusted by how unclean and unhygienic it was!!! Same for some drawers in the kitchen, quite dirty. Finally it took several messages with the agency / flat manager to get answers to all my questions, a few days prior to our trip. I didn’t like the lack of friendliness on the messages, and the need for me to ask my questions multiple times for them to be all answered. On the day when we arrived, it was unclear which appartement number we should look for. I called the manager and they answered the phone right away, and were friendly then and helped us find and get into the flat.

Very comfortable property for family of two with small baby in excellent location, nearby two parks, shops, city center, just perfect. We would definitely stay again in the future!

The apartment building is a bit dirty, especially the entrance in the mornings. The sofa in living room is not comfortable.

Jeden wielki, urągający wszelkim standardom brud.

Klatka schodowa- czysta i ładna

Urągające warunki - niesprzątane od tygodni. Nawet pościel po poprzednich gościach nie została wymieniona. Po wielogodzinnej podróży nie było opcji, aby napić się herbaty, bo brak kubków, szklanek, a te które tam były, były nieumyte. Kontakt z „gospodarzem” - żaden. Od razu wysłałam zdjęcia, ale reakcji zero. Kontakt dopiero rano, bardzo nieprzyjemny. „Gospodarz” uważał, że jeśli jakość (nie)sprzątania jest dla gości nieodpowiednia, to w obiekcie są środki czystości i można sobie samemu posprzątać. Czyli płacąc za apartament gość ma możliwość wykazania się w sprzątaniu. I za tę przyjemność jeszcze zapłacić. Niestety, o 1 w nocy nie miałam możliwości ani ochoty sprzątać po poprzednich pobytach. Prysznic jest tak zaniedbany, że z niego nawet nie próbowałam skorzystać. Czystszy był na stacji benzynowej. W rozmowie z „gospodarzem”, usłyszałam, że do do czystości apartamentu mam zawyżone oczekiwania. No cóż, faktycznie, może to indywidualne podejście, ale to, co przedstawiają załączone zdjęcia, dla mnie jest nie do zaakceptowania. Następnym gościom życzę miłej zabawy ze sprzątaniem po poprzednich gościach. Może ktoś będzie miał z tego satysfakcję. Można by było w ostateczności zaakceptować sytuację, gdyby, jak tłumaczył „gospodarz” obiektu, że housekeeping jednorazowo nie wykona usługi na oczekiwanym poziomie, jednak zabrudzenia przedstawione na zdjęciach wskazują na wielotygodniowe zaniedbania. Jest to kompletny brak szacunku dla potencjalnych gości. Absolutnie nie polecam korzystania z tego apartamentu

POZYTYWNIE.

Lokalizacja super. Żabka zaraz obok. Lidl jakieś 400m. Bez problemu mozna było znaleźć miejsce parkingowe w pobliżu. Czysty apartament. No i nam się udało wejsc już o 10 rano. Rozumiem, że to nie jest norma, ale zawsze to na plus.

Większość naczyń i talerzy wymagała umycia przed użyciem. Jeden maleńki garnek na wyposażeniu kuchni, więc osoby, które chcą gotować muszą przywieźć swój garnek albo poprosić gospodarza. Talerzy, misek + dwie patelnie wystarczająco. Niestety m usieliśmy zostawić śmieci w apartamencie, bo nie wiedzieliśmy jak sie dostać do śmietnika.

Mogłoby być lepiej

Mieszkanie samo w sobie jest bardzo ładne, ale przydałby się remont. Co się dotknie od razu się rozpada przez co moje dziecko nieświadomie urwało tapetę.

W łazience w brodziku jest grzyb a moja żona ma na niego alergię. Gołębie zanieczyszczają balkon przez co nie można na niego wyjść, ani powiesić prania. Poza tym pod blokiem było strasznie głośno.

Obraz na ścianie, park blisko, wyposażenie kuchni

Brak dodatkowej pościeli - dorosły syn śpi osobno, specjalnie wynajęłam apartament z dwoma pokojami. Prysznic słabo się domykał i w ogóle wymaga naprawy, w rogach prysznica ślady pleśni. Trzeba było dopytywać o informacje co do kluczy itd, informacja przyszła późno i nie wszystko było jasne.
