About this house rental
We welcome you to our 3-star furnished tourist cottage, a 92 m2 exposed stone house dating from the 18th century that we completely refurbished in 2021, adjoining ours but independent.
☑️ Outside:
A south-west facing garden and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
From mid-June to mid-September, you will have free access to the owner's swimming pool located at the back of the house. You will have a key and can access it at your convenience. The house is surrounded by our animals, chickens, Limousin cows, Ouessant sheep and our pony.
☑️ On the first floor:
A living/dining room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a connected TV, a DVD player, a connected speaker and a fireplace with pellet stove;
A fully equipped kitchen: 4-seater snack top, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
☑️ Upstairs:
A landing with children's games;
A bathroom with shower and toilet;
A small children's room with two 90 beds;
A large bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
1 1 double folding bed and 1 travel cot are also available.
The bedding is new and of high quality.
🌞 Visits and leisure activities:
located in the triangle Poitiers/Niort / Angoulême, in a quiet place in the countryside, the cottage is ideal for a peaceful stay of walks and hikes. A small village located a few kilometers away allows you to do your basic necessities. Many sites are to be visited, you will be 1 hour from the Poitevin marshes, 40 minutes from Futuroscope, 40 minutes from the Défiplanet' Park, 20 minutes from the Valley of the Monkeys, 20 minutes from the Silver Mines, 20 minutes from the Charente with canoeing and kayaking activities...
▶️ We apply a basic rate free of charge and therefore without cleaning supplies in order to give you the freedom to choose whether to pay a reduced rate or to request this supplement.
⚠️ CLEANING AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TENANT, the house must be made as clean as you found it.
➡️ Otherwise, there is the possibility of an additional cleaning fee
▶️ To be specified by message when booking, a request for payment of supplement will then be sent to you.

⌚ Arrival times can be flexible, self-entry may be offered. However, in order to allow cleaning and ventilation, departures cannot take place after 11am. Thank you for your understanding.

Propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Location calme et reposante, grande, propre et bien décorée. Nos enfants ont passé leur temps avec le poney et les moutons.
Nous y sommes allés pour visiter la vallée des singes. Ce parc nous a bien plu.
