The apartment complex is located in the quiet village of Utjeha, 12 km from the port of Bar in the direction of Ulcinj.
About 150 meters from the hotel there is a private pebble beach Paljuškov Pijesak, which belongs to the hotel. On this beach you can use sun loungers and parasols for free. You can also order something to eat and drink here.
About 500 meters from the hotel there is a larger beach, Uvala Maslina. This beach has many terraces and restaurants.

The apartment complex has two beautiful swimming pools. The large pool is 16 meters long and 11 meters wide and is 1.50 meters deep. Especially for the little guests we have a small children's pool that is only 40 cm deep.

In the restaurant you can choose between national and international dishes. The menu includes both meat and freshly caught fish. You can also choose from many desserts. The region is famous for its pancakes, which are served with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
The kitchen is open all day and closes at 23:00. After that time you are welcome on the terrace. We serve drinks until 13:00 while looking at the sea.

If you drive 12 kilometers west of the apartment complex, you will find the port town of Bar. Here you can visit the old town center and 2000-year-old protected olive trees. Bar is a modern city with wide boulevards, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

Ulcinj
If you leave the apartment complex in the east direction, you will reach the town of Ulcinj after approximately 12 kilometers. You absolutely must visit the beautiful river Ada Bojana, where an island has formed in the delta, a true paradise. A 13 kilometer long sandy beach, called Velika plaža, stretches from Ulcinj to the river. Here you will find a paradise for kitesurfing and windsurfing and many other water sports.

Lake Skadar
About 30 kilometers from Bar is the beautiful Skadar lake. It is the largest natural monument in Montenegro. Hikers can enjoy themselves here. It is the largest natural monument in Montenegro with more than 280 different species of birds and special plants.

Cetinje
Just 60 kilometers from Bar is the former capital of Montenegro: Cetinje. A city with museums and art at the foot of the sacred mountain Lovćen. Traces of history are woven into every inch of the city: monasteries, many old buildings of embassies and consulates from the time of the Kingdom of Montenegro. You will also find a theater, archives, art academies and the monumental residence of the leader Peter II, which was built in the early 19th century.
