Wunderschönes neu gebautes Haus, sehr geräumig, toll gestalteter Garten bzw. Anlage um das Haus. Drehfußball und Dart waren auch vorhanden.

Die Lage und die Aussicht auf das Meer sind wunderbar, jedoch ein Badestrand ist nicht in der Nähe.

We were simply blown away by our stay at Vila Santa Maria. We are demanding guests, but this villa is simply synonym of excellence and I can personally recommend it to even the most demanding visitors. The hosts are great, kind and generous people who have left their hearts in the villa and you can feel it everywhere. They will help you with everything, they speak German and English very well. After a few minutes you feel like at home. We spent almost a week here with our mom and the children, and everyone enjoyed a lot of fun and relax. You have everything you need here, even things you never thought you could need. Everything is new and modernly furnished, comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned everywhere, very quiet location, divine view, ideal pool, which is completely in the sun until about 2 pm (in july) and then gradually in the shade, so you can swim in it depending on your preferences. I have never really been so excited about accommodation. The location is also excellent. All the beautiful places on the island of Krk can be reached within half an hour by car (Rajska cesta in Malinská, the city of Krk, Baška beach, Oprna beach,...). I personally recommend taking a paddleboard with you in your car and spending a nice day on Potovosce beach. From there, you can paddleboard to the hidden Plaža pod Crnice, where you will feel like you are in Bali. The small market in the center offers basic ingredients, what you may need for breakfast, and the restaurants in Vrbník is also excellent (personally recommend the restaurant Nada, hosts could reserve a table for you here). I know it looks like I'm advertising, but trust me, after staying here for some days, you'll have the same enthusiasm :) I guarantee! 10/10 for us. :) Huge Thanks to hosts for everything.

We liked everything here. You get what you ordered and even much more. But if you literally require the villa close to the sea, this is not for you. It is quite distant from the nearest acceptable beach by foot for children and especially old people, as the Vrbnik is quite hilly. If you have a car, your problem is solved, but be prepared, that every disponible public parking is paid. Also Potovosce beach, that is natural beach costs you about 12 € a day :) But the pool at villa is so amazing (with salt water), that maybe you will not need to visit the crowdy beach. We were almost alwais at pool. Also, do not forget repellent against moscitos. Evenings on villa are magnificent next to pool with view on Vrbnik, but moscitos could disturb your experience
