Guest House Risika

Top Adresse!!! Wir waren eine Woche im Haus Risika in Kroatien und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Das Haus ist der ideale Ort, um abzuschalten und dem Alltagsrummel zu entfliehen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool, der Whirlpool und der wunderschöne, sehr große Garten in ruhiger Lage. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Natur genießen. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Woche sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe, Erholung und Privatsphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist aufgrund seiner Bauweise etwas hellhörig. Wenn man das gesamte Haus gebucht hat, ist das jedoch überhaupt kein Problem und schmälert den Aufenthalt in keiner Weise.

Zeer mooie en rustige locatie, in een klein dorpje, midden in de natuur. Prachtig uitzicht en een grote tuin. Zalig zwembad.

In het geheel was het zeer goed, maar omdat je aandringt: - Geen dampkap in de keuken, dat was niet echt een ramp, maar zorgde voor wat rook in huis bij het koken. - We gebruikten de binnenstoelen om aan de tafel op het terras te eten, omdat die iets beter zaten dan de houten bank. - Voorzie duidelijk gelabelde sleutels, was even zoeken voor we de juiste sleutel bij de juiste deur vonden - Eventueel zou ik nog een tafel in de tuin zelf voorzien. - Aandachtspunt: de routebeschrijving moet echt beter, het grootste probleem was het huis te vinden, geef desnoods de coördinaten op. Wij reden eerste een bosweg in, helemaal aan de andere kant van het dorp (maar dat kan ook aan ons liggen, of dan voornamelijk aan mijn vrouw;-))

Przepiękny domek w urokliwej okolicy. Dom przygotowany przed naszym przyjazdem - w pełni wyposażony, czysty, Gospodarz w bardzo miły sposób opowiedział o zaletach i zachęcał do korzystania z możliwości domu. Sauna, jaccuzi, basen, leżaki, wiszące łoże na zewnątrz - wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Spędziliśmy super wakacje - lokalizacja pozwala na szybie dotarcie do każdej miejscowości na wyspie. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, również z małymi dziećmi.

Do ewentualnej poprawy pozostaje lepsze oznaczenie na mapie - standardowe nawigacje gubią się po wprowadzeniu adresu. Sama końcówka dojazdu jest wymagająca - szczególnie przejazd krótkim tunelem pod starym domek, a później przejazd 50 metrów bardzo wąską drogą wymaga spokoju kierowcy. Niemniej, jechaliśmy dużym SUVem i nadal mieliśmy parę centymetrów "zapasu" od kamieni.

The property is in a beautiful peaceful location with fantastic facilities (pool, hot tub etc). The lovely garden is a real highlight of this property and lots of thought has clearly been put into designing its layout with plenty of nice spaces to hangout. Just a short drive to the beach. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay (bedding, towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid, laundry detergent etc). Something to be aware of (as mentioned in other reviews) is that the upstairs apartment is not connected to the downstairs apartment internally. This meant our teenage daughter was quite isolated from the rest of the family at bedtime. This felt less than ideal for us parents but our daughter was actually quite happy with the arrangement. It could be an issue if you have you have younger kids though! The room layout wasn’t very clear to us from the Booking.com description but the owners quickly clarified when we contacted them. The upstairs apartment has one room with a double bed and one room with bunk beds. In the downstairs apartment, there is one large double bed and one single bed in a large open plan bedroom area. The owner of the property was very friendly and welcoming. A lock broke during our stay and they quickly came a fixed it while we were out and left some extra games for us (a ball and some badminton rackets). This was really appreciated!

A minor thing was that the outdoor shower did not work very well as only a trickle of water came out.
