Nagyon jól felszerelt konyha és szállás. Jól működő és könnyen kezelhető fűtés. Alapvetően tisztaság. Kávégép, kapszula, modern bútorok.
Kicsit nagyobb tisztaság lehetett volna, összességében rendben volt, de nem mindenhol volt alapos (pl. Wc - wckefe, nyílászárók). A ház nekem is kicsit zajos volt (utca iránya) illetve a többi lakó által. De ez sem volt kirívó.
