Maison très fonctionnelle, terrasse et jardin clôt parfait pour les barbecues et les jeux des enfants. La cuisine est bien équipée.
N'oubliez pas de préciser qu'une chambre est indépendante.
Et pour les surfeurs : un bac à combi (une grande poubelle, par exemple)
