Staff (Harvey) was so helpful! And the room was clean and bright. We already miss our “extra home”.

Great location, close to bars and restaurants and at the same time it was incredibly quiet and peaceful there. Wonderful view from the window, in the morning we were awakened by the singing of birds. The apartment had everything we needed. Rosie was very helpful. We had a great contact with her, she immediately replied to every message.

Good location in Trastevere. Kitchen available to use, washing and drying machines available to use but within a fixed schedule. Friendly staff and fast response to questions.

The third bed was small and uncomfortable for an adult to sleep in. Probably more suitable for a child. The accommodation is comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child, not 3 adults. It's a bit stressful that there is an extra charge for almost everything. I had to rush from the airport so that I arrived within the check-in window, otherwise I would have to pay extra €€ for checking in after a certain time. Extra payment for requesting clean towels and bed sheets, no matter how many days you are staying. The safety box was open but locked (not possible to use) and when I requested to use it, I got told that someone else had locked it and they couldn't fix it.
