I loved the the location. The terrace is great for evening and early morning breakfast and drinks. It was quite but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Amazing bed. Having 2 bathrooms was brilliant.

We had a perfect stay! Everything from Rosie greeting us personally and showing us everything about to the clean and cool apartment which has things I’ve found lacking in recent places I’ve been such as enough towels, pillows, wonderful water pressure in the shower with no leaks or faulty faucets. It was quiet, nice view of the botanical gardens and location is excellent! I’d been eying this place for a few years as a frequent Rome visitor and finally got to stay there and it did not dissapoint. 100% recommend.

Wasn’t a big deal but one note is the light switches are a little confusing, couldn’t find the light for a small overhead light in the living room and a switch by the door turned off the bathroom light. Again, mainly a note and not something that affected the overall great experience.

Beautiful trastevere neighborhood location

It's a little tight and awkward in the apartments and having to wait for staff to open the gate when we were trying to check in... Also, the price was high, but we recognize it was high tourist season as well

Clean, liked staying in a different area than in the middle of the city with tons of tourists.

The pics of the property were misleading. It showed you all the rooms in the entire building and I didn’t know the apartment we were getting and we didn’t get to pick,
