La ubicación y que admitiese mascota.
Quizás el no disponer de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.No hizo falta pero a medida que aumenta el calor, para mi es imprescindible.

El que tuviese parking, la cercanía de la playa y que pudiese llevar a mis perros a la playa.
El que tuviese que dar la vuelta al edificio al ir a la piscina por no tener llave de entrada justo enfrente. El propietario no ha dado esa llave.
