This charming 3-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and functional space for up to 6 people.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom: 135 cm double bed and closet.
Bedroom 2: Two 90 cm single beds and a closet.
Bedroom 3: Two 90 cm single beds and space to hang clothes with some shelves.
Bathrooms
The apartment has two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and bidet, and the other with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Living Room
The living room is spacious and bright, with a round dining table that seats 6 people, perfect for enjoying meals and gatherings. It also features a study desk with a chair, ideal for working or studying. The living room opens onto a small terrace with a table and three chairs—a pleasant space to relax outdoors.

Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen opens onto a large, grassy inner courtyard, which offers additional space for hanging laundry and an area with tables and chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

Entrance
The apartment’s entrance is quite spacious, making it easy to bring in suitcases and other bulky items.

Traveling with children has never been easier: This apartment is perfect for families. Enjoy an outdoor area with artificial grass and playground equipment, where the little ones can play safely.
For your convenience, and upon request, we provide a travel crib, changing table, high chair, and a relaxing rocking chair.

Upon arrival at the apartment:

You must present documentation verifying the information provided (ID card, passport, etc.).

Everyone 14 years of age or older must sign a rental agreement, which will be provided before entering the apartment and must be digitally signed by everyone staying in the apartment.

Flexible check-in:

If there are no other guests on the same day, we can arrange a flexible check-in time. Please let me know your estimated arrival time at least 60 minutes in advance. Check-in is not possible after 10:00 p.m. (Upon request, another time may be arranged, but it is not 100% guaranteed)

Flexible check-out:

The official check-out time is between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. If there are no new guests the following day, we can be flexible with the check-out time.
