Die Wohnung enthielt viele private Sachen, die Besteckschublade beispielsweise ein Sammelsurium aus mehreren Jahrzehnten. Ein bisschen wie bei Grossonkel zu Besuch. Die Lage sehr gut. Der Gasherd ungewohnt für uns. Unser kleines Auto hatte einen guten PP. Ein grosses hätte nicht Platz gehabt.
Das Bett war schmal für 2 Personen zumal wir tropisch-heisse Nächte hatten. Keine Klimaanlage, jedoch ein Ventilator von dem wir zuerst die Staubschicht entfernen mussten. Die Velos hatten leider platt.

L’emplacement est idéal (proche de l’océan, proche des commerces, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la gare). L'appartement est spacieux avec tout l’équipement nécessaire, extrêmement propre et très agréable. De plus il bénéficie d’une place de parking sécurisée (ce qui est très appréciable en ville). Pour les personnes possédant un véhicule électrique, il y a, au pied de l’immeuble, 3 emplacements de rechargement.
Très honnêtement, je ne vois pas ce que nous pourrions demander de plus.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait : proches des commerces, de la gare et des plages. Un appartement agréable avec deux terrasses et un ascenseur Le parking est également disponible

The appartement has a good atmosphere. It's cosy - though a little to much utilities are hold in the Kirchen.
May be some modernisation would do good. But it's still a good place to spend time in arcachon.
