Ideally located, small T3 type house of approximately 85 m². You can park in the dead end in front of the house.
Its living room with TV (no WIFI), and its dining area.
A separate fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, it opens onto the terrace, to enjoy your meals outdoors with a barbecue. In the storeroom, you have at your disposal a washing machine and a freezer.
The sleeping area - a first bedroom with a 140 bed for two people. A bathroom. A separate toilet. And a second bedroom with two 90 bunk beds and a closet.
You are close to all the shops for shopping enthusiasts, as well as restaurants and beaches to organize your picnics and swimming afternoons during our beautiful days. Not to mention the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends. Ideal if you want to get around on foot.
