De locatie, de woning eens dat we er uiteindelijk binnen geraakten
Het totale gebrek aan communicatie. Dit is reeds derde BOOKING.COM reservering op deze wijze. Maar deze wil ik melden omdat ik het moe ben om zo behandeld te worden. Geen reactie bij boeking. Geen reactie op mijn correctie dat hond mee kwam. Geen reactie op de vraag naar instructies om binnen te komen. Uiteinelijk een verwarde oersoon aan de lijn gekregen die vroeg of we buiten de twee uur na eerste incheck tijd toch nog wat later konden komen. Verwarde codes. We mochten na 6 uur rijden nog even gaan wandelen. Daarna, na emails ( via booking) en telefonisch contact NIETS als reacties. Lijnen bezet. Geen ventilator, geen kookplaat die we uiteindelijk via via werkende kregen. Is DIT het nieuwe BOOKING.COM? dan gaan jullie nog VEEL van me horen! EN NIET ALLEEN HIER!
