Bad communication with the apartment agent. They said someone would be at the property to give us the key. They neglected to give the physical address- just the street name. So we spent an hour looking for the property (which was not signposted). Without Wi-Fi our phones don’t work so we asked a hotel rep to phone them. Half an hour later, a very brusque young woman picked us up and escorted us two blocks to the apartment. She was not very friendly. Offered no apology.
